EDFA Working Groups
Two major position papers on FIDA and PSD3/PSR1—were recently published, marking a key milestone in EDFA’s policy work. These papers reflect the active engagement and expertise of our Working Groups, which bring together fintech voices from across Europe and offer a truly multi-market perspective on regulatory developments.

Joint Letter on FIDA Regulation

The letter confirms the ecosystem’s support for the Commission’s proposal for a regulation on access to financial data, while also calling for a number of targeted adjustments to the proposed FIDA regulation to strengthen its implementation and impact. View the letter here
