✨ About the Evening
Night of Light is NAMI Finger Lakes’ signature fall gala, created to bring people together around something our community needs more of: hope, connection, and honest conversations about mental health.
On October 27, guests will gather at Library Place for an evening of desserts, candlelight, community, and auction excitement. The night will include a curated dessert experience, silent and live auction opportunities, our “Light a Candle for Hope” installation, and stories that reflect the strength, resilience, and humanity of people and families right here in our region.
It is meant to feel warm, welcoming, and meaningful. A beautiful night, yes, but also one with purpose.
Last year, the gala raised $7,287 in support of NAMI Finger Lakes. This year, we are setting our sights higher, with a goal of raising $15,000–$25,000 to help us meet the growing need for mental health education, support, outreach, and advocacy across Tompkins County.
