| | The rain in the last few weeks has really brought on some of our flower crops that've been waiting and waiting for its arrival. This has meant that our vans have been full again and out delivering, something we love to see.
Despite the much needed rejuvenation the rains bring, it was a treat to have shelter in the tunnels while it rained during harvest time. Here are some photos or our haul this past week! |

| | Decorate your home ready for the season |
|
Nothing says Autumn quite like a decorative gourd. Children (and some adults) may be getting excited for the spooky season, but here at Wye Organic we can't resist the comforting pops of colour that these inedible little gems bring. Coming from the same family as squash, gourds contain a bitter toxin called cucurbitacin and are not safe (or pleasant) to eat.
We also have opened our pre-orders for festive wreaths, as well as taking bookings for our ever popular wreath making workshops. |

This versatile product can be made into almost anything; curry, tacos, meatballs, burgers, the list goes on and on. One of our all time favourite things to eat when the cooler autumn/winter weather rolls in is cottage pie. See our recipe below. |
