To be placed on the agenda to speak, please contact City Hall at (316) 747-2109 by noon on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.

Planning and Board of Zoning Appeals Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM.

Public Hearings: 2027 Budget & Revenue Neutral Rate

All Douglass residents are invited to attend and provide public comment at the public hearings for exceeding the Revenue Neutral Rate (RNR) and the 2027 Budget.

Date: September 9, 2026

Location: Douglass City Hall

Following the conclusion of the public hearings, the City Council will vote on the proposed 2027 budget and mill levy.

Mill Levy Information:

2026 Current Year Estimated Mill Levy: 52.666 Mills
2027 Proposed Mill Levy: 52.665 Mills
