If you venture a little further out from the Bay Area... you might visit Winters, CA which is a cool little city with a quite new hotel. Eight of my paintings are in the third floor art gallery of Hotel Winters, a destination hotel with a day spa, a great lobby bar and a very nice Italian restaurant with outdoor seating. The small gem that is downtown Winters has much to offer too with unique boutiques, antique stores, good restaurants, wineries, a fascinating Historic Museum, an old opera house, and - really - where you can Sam Spade's office window (google it). It also generally has wonderful weather!
