Welcome to Spring 2026. With the return of beautiful light and a sense of renewal in the air, I’m pleased to share new artwork, selected gallery availability, and recent installations of acquired pieces, all centered on themes of energy, rhythm, pattern, and presence. Alongside my artwork, I’m also happy to share my book, The Calm Within, which extends these ideas into a simple daily meditation practice to help cultivate a deeper sense of inner calm.

New Release: The Calm Within

I continue to appreciate the warm reception of my new book, The Calm Within: A Complete Guide to Mantra Meditation. If you’ve already picked up a copy and found it helpful, I would greatly appreciate you leaving an honest review on Amazon. I’m currently preparing for an official relaunch, and every review truly helps. Your can leave a review here!

This book offers a clear, accessible approach to mantra meditation, designed to cultivate steadiness, focus, and inner calm in daily life. If you’ve been drawn to the quieter, meditative themes in my visual work, this book extends that exploration into a simple daily meditation practice. Consider this your invitation to begin a grounded, sustainable practice of your own. One that is simple, healthy, and lasting. It is available now in paperback and digital formats. I am pleased to announce that "Currents," a large-scale work from this ongoing series, is available at Stephanie Breitbard Fine Arts, San Francisco. Honoring the people and enduring spirit of Texas, "Lone Star" is a striking reconstruction of the Texas state flag and is composed of canceled vintage U.S. postage stamps. The red field is formed from 1932 2¢ Washington Bicentennial stamps, the blue vertical band from 1973 10¢ Jefferson Memorial stamps, and the white band and star from 1981 20¢ Flag Over Supreme Court stamps. Thousands of carefully arranged stamps create a unified field of red, white, and blue, each carrying a fragment of American history. Together they form a bold meditation on identity, heritage, and the enduring spirit of Texas. Also available at Stephanie Breitbard Fine Arts, San Francisco. Created with vintage U.S. postage stamps and resin on canvas, these 24 × 24 inch works explore rhythm, repetition, and color as a quiet meditation on continuity and change.

I am honored to have new selections from the "Vortex Love" series available at 33 Contemporary Gallery in Coconut Creek, FL. From countless messages of connection, a larger pattern of love emerges. Each stamp, once a quiet moment sent through the world, now comes together in a shared, spiraling harmony. Part of my ongoing Vortex Series, this work explores unity through movement, geometry, color, and memory.
