Monday Night Hatha

No Class Monday 5/4
Showing up to practice on Monday night continues to be one of the most consistent things in my life. I started teaching on Monday nights over 8.5 years ago. I've taught at least 300 of these classes. Recently a student of mine marveled at how stoked I am doing it. They were amazed and delighted that however I show up I am able to bring full enthusiasm every single time. It's not an act, I love and treasure this stuff.

There will be no class the first Monday in May (5/4) as I will be visiting with my brother and meeting my nephew for the first time.

Looking forward into the Summer there will be other weeks with no class. I have not decided for Memorial Day, and I may be gone much of July and parts of June. If class is canceled I always put it on the top of the class page on my website (linked below).

Nidra Musings

I currently have no Nidra classes or workshops scheduled. I value this work tremendously and have been practicing myself more lately. I wish I could find an easeful way to offer Nidra more regularly. There is a good chance I will offer some wild Nidra workshops at the Arcata Ecstatic Dance Community Solstice Campout.
