NLSC will be held EARLY THIS YEAR due to the FIFA World Cup which takes over the city in mid-to-late June. As such, the deadlines are also earlier this year. We plan to have the registration information posted on the website prior to the State Conference, so you can budget and talk to your students early.

Holiday Schedule for SkillsUSA Absorb and Educational Resource Stores

SkillsUSA will be closed for winter break from Monday, December 22, through Friday, January 2. Absorb (Career Essentials) and Educational Resource stores will also be closed during this period.



Please submit any educational resource orders before 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 18, to ensure they ship in December. Engage Students in Giving Back with December’s Middle School Momentum Focus

End the semester on a high note with December’s Middle School Momentum focus on Community Engagement. This month’s lesson and resources guide students through the Essential Elements of Decision Making and Multicultural Sensitivity and Awareness, helping them plan service activities that make a difference in their communities. Encourage your students to see the impact of teamwork, empathy, and thoughtful action.



SkillsUSA Store Transitioned to New Partner; New Inventory Forthcoming

Halo, the SkillsUSA Store’s new merchandising partner, is managing the transfer of inventory and restocking the store. Orders may take longer to ship as Halo processes the merchandise. Thank you for your patience through this transition. The grand reopening of the SkillsUSA Store will occur in January offering improved quality, a wider selection, and a more seamless shopping experience.
