The countdown to Monday, August 4th, 2025 has begun. Mark that date on your calendars, for it is when PBM Chaos will resume publication.
Mondays, every Monday, is our goal. These new issues of PBM Chaos will look a little different, but they will still be similar. They will likely be shorter, though. More compact. Quicker to read.
But fear not! For arriving on the heels of a rejuvenated PBM Chaos will also be a PBM magazine. It's publication schedule will be to arrive in your digital hands on the 1st day of each month. Yep, a double dose of PBM goodness for you, courtesy of PlayByMail.Net. I just can't say for certain, right this very moment, whether I will begin publishing the PBM magazine on either September 1st, 2025 or the following month, on October 1st, 2025.
What I can tell you, right now, is that I will either resume publishing PBM Unearthed (which if that is the case, the forthcoming issue would be numbered as Issue #30, picking right back up where BM Unearthed last left off), or whether I'll simply create a brand new PBM magazine with a brand new name from scratch.
In the meantime, if you have a PBM itch to scratch, then you can browse or tour the new PBM Patreon site while you're waiting for PBM Chaos to appear in your e-mail in-box, again. I encourage one and all to join this new PBM Patreon site as a free member. It only takes a few seconds to complete the registration process (seconds, not minutes). It's a breeze, actually.
Certainly, you're free to just explore the PBM Patreon site as a visitor, without becoming a free member, but if you go that route, then just be aware that you won't have access to everything. Currently, there are no paid membership options available for the PBM Patreon site, and in all honesty, I'm really not sure that there ever will be. I'm trying to transition away from the dedicated social media sites, such as Facebook, and I hope that each of you PBM fans out there will come to enjoy the PBM Patreon site, in due time. There's not a ton of content on it, right now, but it will grow in time.
When PBM Chaos resumes publication, I aim to relaunch the PBM Maze. That should happen no later than the August 11th, 2025 issue. There's a chance that I may have everything ready for it for the August 4th, 2025 issue, but I can't promise that I will be able to squeeze it in within the next four day. Whew! Lots do do.
