Hello NadiOm Tribe!



We're so glad you're still with us as we make this transition!! We've had some time to recover from the whirlwind of closing our space in Jasmine Square and we're looking forward to bringing you some offerings on our ONLINE platform as well as in some local spaces we've found that are willing to host us.



With our overhead greatly decreased, we are now able to offer classes at a slightly reduced cost. Keeping in mind we still would like to pay our instructors a fair wage for their expertise and time. ONLINE and LIVE classes are now $12 per class with class passes available for convenience. 

We have a few things starting up in August you may be interested in:

George has secured a space and time for his Gentle Yoga class at the Marion Oaks Community Center (MOCC). In the StudioBookings store, you'll see a MOCC Yoga DropIn and MOCC Yoga 5-Class pass available to attend these classes. MOCC class passes will ONLY allow you to register for classes at the Marion Oaks Community Center! Gentle Yoga Class will be on Tuesdays at 11:30am starting August 5th. This class is limited to 10 participants. DropIns are welcome at the MOCC, but will require CASH for payment.


George will also be resuming his Thursday night ONLINE Daily Living Yoga class in August. In the StudioBookings store, you'll see an ONLINE Yoga Dropin and an ONLINE Yoga 5-Class pass available. These yoga passes are for any ONLINE yoga classes that are on the schedule. ONLINE Daily Living Yoga will be Thursdays at 6pm. Registration is required to receive the ZOOM link to attend.



As well, I will be working on posting some ON DEMAND Video classes in our VIDEO LIBRARY - look for those to show up in Studio Bookings in August. I am currently at an undisclosed location in Michigan in the middle of a forest which makes internet access very challenging. I will not be able to broadcast any classes, but am working on recording some other learning opportunities we'll be posting on our class management platform.  

While I'm taking my Michigan sabbatical, I'm looking forward to connecting with nature and I encourage YOU to establish a home practice that will support your own health care journey. This way, you can join us for ONLINE classes from the convenience of your personal, sacred space! 


The forest is a great place to reconnect to my inner peace and allows me to see nature in action. And being here compels me to share my wildlife count with you (which I hope to do each newsletter until I'm back in Florida). So, to date, I've seen 11 deer, 1 black squirrel, 3 brown squirrels, 1 chipmunk, 1 raccoon, and something that may have been a turtle or a beaver that was waddling into the brush on the side of the road. Pita is having fun running around the two acres we have available and has been scolded (by grandpa) about leaving the bunnies alone. (We've since figured out it's the neighbor's cat that may be bothering the bunnies - they seem to scatter when Pita's around.)

While George and I take some time for ourselves, we hope you're enjoying your summer and find some time to share with family and friends.

The Yoga Tools Course (YTC) is a four week program that allows those wishing to add yoga to their health care/recovery plan the opportunity to learn the mindful practices of yoga. YTC is one of the programs that allows us to fulfill our mission to share the power of yoga for healing and self-care!
