| This Friday, at long last, I am offering the first community Yoga Nidra practice at my new residence in Bayside. Arrive by 5:30. Text me at 707-832-9379 for the address and to let me know you are interested in attending as there is limited space in our beautiful living room (10+ people easy). Expect an hour session with ~30+ minutes of guided Nidra. Donations accepted. Many on this mailing list remember fondly the weekly classes at the HPRC Connection. This session is offered in the spirit of those classes. Our house is still in a time of flux. I am not starting a regular recurring schedule yet. However, expect more of these sessions moving forward in 2025 |

Monday Night Hatha continues to be a joy of my life. The two series we have done have been a great success.
I will be out of town Mondays May 5 & 12 to visit my brother for his birthday and to help him prepare for his first child. Expect a new drop in friendly series to begin when I return 5/19. Class Info & Updates |
