Have You Tried?

In this section, we share a resource that might help you explore, learn, or grow in your faith: it could be a book, a podcast, an email subscription, or something else!

Image description

If you're fond of audio books or podcasts, have you tried listening to the Bible in this way, too? The NIV Bible in One Year, read by actor David Suchet, can currently be accessed for free on a Spotify Premium subscription or with credits if you have an Audible subscription. Each day's reading is a psalm or proverb, then a New Testament and Old Testament reading, lasting around 15 minutes – perfect to listen to while you're walking the dog. You start on 1 January's reading whatever the time of year, but the progression of dates, even if they don't match the day when you listen, helps you keep tabs on how you're doing.
