Like last year, we will be taking pre-orders for our beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Currently that is the only way to buy those products.

Grass Fed/Finished Beef

We are taking beef orders on a first come first serve basis until we are sold out (deposit required). They will be going to the butcher this fall, in September or October.

Forest Raised Pork

We are planning to butcher pigs mid summer (~August) and early winter (~November). There are a limited number available for the summer batch so be sure to order quickly if you want one of those.  Order deadline is March 3rd (deposit required).

Pastured Turkey

Our hatchery only has limited hatch dates for turkeys this year which means the turkeys will be ready mid September, not fresh for thanksgiving. If storing your Turkey until thanksgiving is a problem let us know. We might be able to store it for you.

And one final note; we do not like pushy marketing and therefore try to not bother our customers too much. At the same time we understand that ordering meat for several months down the road is not always on your mind right now, in the middle of winter. And since some of you have appreciated gentle reminders to complete your orders so you don’t miss out, we would be happy to kick you in the butt, ever so gently.
