They are necessary for a successful conclave and spend many months working hard on their respective roles. | New 2025 - 2027 OA Business Plan |

In November the National Order of the Arrow Committee unveiled a new OA business plan. The plan is designed to integrate and reflect the new Mission, Vision, and Purpose of the Order of the Arrow. The plan covers engagement, the induction, finances, and many more aspects of the OA. |

| Tsisqan Lodge is having their 2025 Workshop Weekend from Feb. 21 - 23! The theme is "Fueling the Adventure", and the event will be filled with trainings about ceremonies, Elangomats, backpacking, campfires, and much more.
