| Summer is over, and the kids are back in school. It’s now time to focus on product development, qualification, and production of designs destined for the market in late 2024 and 2025.
This Tech Express will depart from our traditional approach, concentrating specifically on the telecom band n104 and showcasing all products developed for this emerging band extension for 5G.
In this episode, we will highlight a variety of 3dB hybrid couplers, directional couplers at different continuous wave (CW) power levels ranging from 2 Watts to 25 Watts, balun transformers, and 50 Ohm termination resistors. All these products have been specifically designed to meet our customers' needs in the 6.4 – 7.2 GHz band.
This time of year is especially busy for our industry. The Electronica show happens the week of November 11th, alongside various regional celebrations and public holidays. As the end of the year approaches, we are all driven to complete our personal and corporate goals before welcoming a new year.
Thank you for reading the TTM RF&S quarterly Tech Express newsletter. As always, if you identify anything of interest, don’t hesitate to contact me or any member of the RF&S team—we're here to assist with your passive RF component needs. If you are attending Electronica, and are interested in scheduling a meeting, please feel free to reach out!

These low profile, sub-miniature Wilkinson power dividers in an easy to use 0805 and 0603 surface mount package. Each power divider is ideal for high volume manufacturing and delivers higher performances than traditional printed and lumped element solutions. Both Power Dividers are matched to 50 W and has a height profile of 0.45 mm and 0.63 mm respectively which is ideal for high level integrations in the telecom 5G n104 end use application. Both power dividers do not include the resistive element and therefore, requires an external resistor for operation. Power dividers are available on tape and reel for high volume manufacturing pick and place. All of the Xinger components are constructed from ceramic filled PTFE composites which possess excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All parts have been subjected to rigorous Xinger qualification testing and units are 100% RF tested. |
