The Buzz

Upcoming events and information at the Burnaby Neighbourhod House

Image description

What a fun few weeks! We were in full summer swing, as we hosted our third and final Street Party at Brentwood House. So many people came out for this summer community event. Our Youth Leader staff also hosted an appreciation event for our youth who were out and about at various community events this summer.

A big thank you to everyone who donated towards the School Supplies Drive. School supplies can be expensive. With your help we collected so many backpacks, markers, binders, which will go to the families we work with in the community.

Also, thank you to everyone who participated in the Back to School Online Auction!  We raised almost $5,000 - which will go to our most underfunded programs and services.

Now let's see what's happening these next few weeks.
