I claim May as my favorite month. I just really love the build up towards summer solstice. Also, my birthday happens to be May 20th. I celebrated the glory of May last weekend spending 3 nights camping at the Albee Creek Campground in Humboldt Redwoods State Park.

Nidra Musings

I am in conversation to bring back Thursday evening Nidra Sessions in Eureka. Expect this to start with a twice monthly cadence in July. The HPRC class was beloved by many and if you are interested in this succeeding once more I could really use help with some promo. Trade and/or payment available.

After years of playing Shemaia's, the Nidra faeries informed me that it was time for me to get my own set of brass singing bowls. Luckily, when I told Shemaia she informed me she had a friend on the ground in Nepal ready to buy me a set. Incoming June 2024.

I am fairly excited to announce that I will be offering Yoga Nidra at the West Coast Contact Improvisation Jam (wccijam) this August in Berkeley. This is a niche event that is super close to my heart which hasn't happened since 2019. Its pretty huge for me to be accepted to teach Nidra in this setting.
