| CONCLAVE IS JUST 3 WEEKS AWAY! |
|
We are just three weeks away from an amazing weekend of fun and fellowship with nearly 300 other Arrowmen! Join us at Rogue Community College on September 8-10 for "That '80s Conclave." Registration is REQUIRED to attend. We will not be allowing walk-ins. Additionally, everyone attending conclave will be required to be currently registered with the BSA in order to stay overnight at conclave. This includes current Youth Protection Training for all members 18+. We are checking everyone who registers with the BSA membership records. Register early to avoid any hiccups. You can pay online now, later, or at the door.

|
We currently have 170 people registered for conclave! Don't forget, if we get 250 registered by September 1, section secretary Jack Lewy has to dye his hair. If we get 300 people at conclave, section chief Benjamin Flores will dye his hair too! |
|
We are excited to announce the winners of our first two registration drawings: First 50: The winner of our "First 50" drawing and recipient of some Dutch Bros merch is Dalton Post of Lo La'Qam Geela Lodge! Give Something Away Day: The winner of our "National Give Something Away Day" drawing and recipient of some section swag is Joey Henson of Wauna La-Mon'tay Lodge! Congratulations to both our winners! You may pick your items up from the Comms Office at conclave. Stay tuned for more giveaways!

| Conclave would not be possible without all of the amazing volunteers working before and during the event. Several of our committees are in need of volunteers for this year’s conclave. As a conclave staff member, you get to help provide an amazing conclave experience for hundreds of Arrowmen around the section and deliver a program months in the making. If you are able to help out, email us at [email protected]. Click the button below to learn more about what areas we are most in need of staff. |

| Saturday afternoon at conclave is full of fun activities. This year, we will have some fun ‘80s-themed activities including RC airplanes, Name That Tune, roller skating, and big wheel racing. There will also be an escape room, an inflatable obstacle course, tomahawks, and much more. Don’t forget about the FREE FOOD with plenty of popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, and ice cream to go around. |

| The section museum is returning to conclave! Conclave is a great time to visit the section museum and learn about the history of our section through information displays, patches and memorabilia, and more. The museum will also be hosting training sessions and the Friday night patch trading event. Make sure to stop by the museum on Saturday of conclave and check it out and get a requirement for the Spirit Award completed. |

| We are still looking for donations of items for the conclave auction, especially items for the oral auction on Saturday night. If you have any items that you would like to donate, you can bring them with you to conclave and drop them off in the auction area or contact [email protected] to make other arrangements. Donations of all sorts are welcome including patches, Scouting memorabilia, camping equipment, and more.
