| Every day, from 7:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night, well over 20 people are, on average, on the south side of 126th Street between Lexington and Park Avenues - in front of OnPoint's Harlem facility. The peak times - between noon and 6:00 PM - see up to 40 people on average, in front of OnPoint. |
