SEPTEMBER 2023 NEWSLETTER

Dear friends and partners,

"“They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31

We have been blessed over August to have some free time to rest and replenish after a very busy couple of months of missions and work.

We felt the Lord encouraging us to 'redeem this time wisely' so social media and most other things took a back seat whilst we spent time seeking the Lord and being strengthened in Him.

We had precious times with our family as well as the bank holiday weekend away with our church family at the Awaken Event in Lincolnshire.

Following the provision of our 'miracle tent', and despite a few rain showers, we loved the camping, the speakers and worship but just as important, the fellowship and fun...and late night camp fires!!!

We are more than ready for the upcoming months and expectant to see the Lord move mightily,

UPCOMING MISSION - MEXICO NOV 23

We are so excited to have finalised our team and booked our flights for our upcoming trip to Mexico.

We were in Tuxtla last November as part of the Alcance '22 Mission, serving the churches of the southeast quadrant of the city where we forged great links with the church leaders and planned to return.

After months of collaboration we now have crusades planned over 9 nights across the city, in the surrounding mountain villages and culminating in speaking as part of the celebrations of 30 years of peace in Chiapas.

We are expectant for a great harvest of souls to come to Christ during this campaign, as well as a return visit to the Valientes Street Children's School, run by Jocobed Lugo.

God has been faithful so far and we are believing Him for His miraculous provision for the remainder of the finances. We are still needing around £5000 to cover the costs of these crusades, this is not to cover flights, or accommodation for the team, they have funded themselves to come and sow into the kingdom, this is purely toward the cost of the mission itself.

MISSION 24 KINGDOM ADVANCE CONFERENCE – JULY

In July it was such an encouragement to be at the Mission24 Kingdom Advance Conference. It was an awesome 2 days of building up, faith filled teaching and encouragement with teaching from Jonathan Conrathe and Hugh Osgood. It was also a great time to catch up with friends and those we connect with as family.

M24 NORTH SPAIN - JULY

I have been praying for years for doors to open for ministry in Spain, the Lord having laid a real passion for Latino and Spanish speaking countries on my heart and finally the opportunities begun to open.

In 2022 Mission24 sent a small team of us to A Coruna working alongside the Spanish AOG churches throughout Galicia where there is little or no gospel presence.

We saw over 160 people respond to the gospel as well as miracles and healings.

In 2023 we returned to the area to continue the work we had begun.

All week I had been told that a man called Herminigildo (pictured in orange) was away at sea and would be here on Friday, I did not know the significance of this until I saw him and remembered that he took off his back brace last year after prayer and could move freely he was so wrecked with pain he could not work now he is back on ships working and telling people about the miracle Jesus did for him, praise Jesus, this marked one year of him coming to Jesus, Hallelujah! Over the course of the week we saw over 80 people respond to Jesus on the streets and in meetings in Vivero, Foz, Chantada and Burela.

IMPACT CHURCH, EVANGELISM TRAINING - JULY

It is such a vital part of an Evangelist to equip, strengthen and encourage the body of Christ to reach out to the lost and gain confidence in the Gospel Message. I love doing these sessions and it was our immense privilege to be invited by Pastor Rudy De Sa to deliver training at Impact Community Church over two evenings. It was such an encouragement to see people hungry to share the Gospel.

ANLABY, HULL – JULY

In July 2023 we had a wonderful mission weekend over in Hull serving the churches of Anlaby Park Methodist Church and Connect Community Church with their summer outreach. It was such a privilege to encourage the churches in some Evangelism Training, share my Testimony on the Saturday evening and then finishing up the weekend with a Sunday Healing service in where we saw God move powerfully.

One lady in particular, Sally, suffered a stroke 3 months ago and was still having mobility issues and was very unstable on her feet and was using a walker. After receiving prayer she received healing, she was able to walk up and down freely and unaided, moving in ways she couldn’t before. She was delighted to contact me the day after to tell me she was walking her dogs, Praise God!

DUDLEY – AUGUST

What an amazing time in Dudley in August. We have seen Jesus saving people and people being healed. After the message on Saturday night as I gave the appeal one man stood with his family just left them and walked right to the front as he responded to salvation message of the gospel. As we prayed for the sick that night one man called Shane had hearing aids in both of his ears, as he received prayer he took them out and could hear perfectly, hallelujah. Also a lady who had arthritis in her hands and shoulders was in immense pain and her pain disappeared as she was prayed for, what an amazing God we serve. People have been set free from addictions to cigarettes, vapes and alcohol over the weekend. It has been such a blessing to be a part of what the Lord is doing in Dudley, thank you Pastor Craig Bennett and Castlegate Church but mostly thank you Jesus!
