| Recently I presented several sessions to coaches and administrators on different ways to build instructional capacity. These sessions were hosted by TCEA and Teacher Better. |

| The Creating a Coaching Framework session teaches coaches how to build coaching capacity within their role. It provides an opportunity to reflect on role clarity, job priorities, and time management. |
|
The A Toolkit for Differentiating Coaching session teaches coaches how to differentiate for their teachers by identifying their capability level, mental capacity, and emotional level. When a coach truly understands their staff, then they can meet them where they are and support more intentionally. |

| The Coaching Equity in the Classroom session teaches coaches how to support staff in reflecting on their own biases, assessing curriculum used in the classroom, and analyzing the classroom environment. Through these lenses, we can create a more equitable learning experience for kids! |
|
The Coaching Framework session was designed for administrators. When there are hinderances to coaching, it can be hard to find the time to coach and grow! In this session, administrators reflect on the who, how, and why of coaching to build a customized, intentional coaching framework. |
