Cost: $262.50 + gst for 10 sessions (7.5 hours)

Cost for Little Warriors Parent and Child: $133.32 + gst

Time: 10:00 to 10:45am

Program Ages:

• Little Warriors (1.5 yrs to 5 yrs) 
• Tot Learn to Skate (3 to 5yrs) 
• Youth (6 to 12 yrs) / Teen (13 to 17 yrs) 
• Adult (18+) 

ALL participants (including adults) must wear a CSA approved Hockey Helmet with face cage.  Skate Rentals are available at the skate shop.

Remember to Log-in and/or register an account prior to registering for any programs.

To register for a Program you must first be logged in to your Account. If you do not have an Account, go to Account on the registration page and Register.  Please make sure you complete all required fields marked with an asterisk! Scroll down the form to ensure all fields are completed.



Participant Information and Waiver Forms

If you are a participant, you are required to submit a Participant Information Form and Waiver-Release for yourself! If there are others on your account such as children, spouse, relatives, etc., who will be participants, a Participant Information Form and Waiver-Release is required for each as well! 



You can download the proper PDF files under Documents in the menu above. Once downloaded, complete the forms, Save to your computer then Upload the completed forms in the appropriate space on your Account Page!

The forms are in PDF format and can be filled in using a web browser. Please save and upload in PDF format as well.
