Eric and Pamela Participate in Recorded Masters in Trial Program for Orange County ABOTA Offered to Members Nationwide

Eric participated in a recorded Masters in Trial program for Orange County ABOTA that will be available to members nationwide. The webinar series will be done in 4-installments from November 11, 2021, through February 2, 2022. The webinar will be a virtual demonstration from opening statement through jury deliberations for those watching to experience the "best of the best" trial lawyers displaying effective and proven techniques to use in direct and cross-examination of lay and expert witnesses. Pamela was the plaintiff team coordinator, and Eric was a participant of the team with several other esteemed colleagues.

Eric and Connor's Annual Baseball Stadium Trip!

Each year, Eric and Connor visit a different MLB baseball stadium. Of the 30 stadiums currently in use, Eric and Connor have now visited 26, adding Milwaukee's American Family Field and the Great American Ball Park of Cincinnati to their list. This year, Eric and Connor supported their favorite team, the Los Angeles Angels, while visiting the two stadiums. Says Connor, "26 stadiums down, 4 to go!"

Gloria Reynoso

Gloria has been a team member of the Traut Firm for two years. During her 3rd year at UCI, she started working part-time with the firm as a File Clerk. Gloria began to shadow Eric at trial and depositions and soon became a full-time legal assistant upon graduating. She is responsible for keeping the firm’s paper and electronic files organized, contacting clients to obtain treatment updates, ordering police reports, and summarizing depositions. She also prepares and e-files court documents. Gloria’s computer skills have helped bring Traut Firm into the 21st century.
