Eric Featured on NBC Los Angeles for Lawsuit Against Off-Duty Officer Who Drew Gun on Teen
Eric was recently interviewed on NBC Los Angeles for a lawsuit filed against an off-duty officer who drew a gun on a teen in a skate park. The lawsuit was filed by Eric and Connor Traut on behalf of Max Chance III who was 16 at the time of the incident. “As a result of this terrifying evening, Chance suffered severe mental anguish, emotional distress, depression, worry, fear and anxiety … and anger,” the lawsuit states.

Eric and his colleague, Judie Saunders, were featured in the Orange County Register for alleged physical, verbal and emotional abuse in a new complaint filed against Azarian Gymnastics and Azarian coaches.
Eric and Pamela Speak at Western State College of Law Mediation Class
Eric and Pamela recently talked with students from a Western State College of Law, Mediation class via Zoom where they discussed their educational and career background. They also discussed what type of cases they handle, how they prepare a client to go through mediation, what it is like to participate in a mediation, and shared personal experience stories. The students were very appreciative of Eric and Pamela’s time and their willingness to share “real life” experiences.

Eric will speak at the OCTLA virtual webinar "Judges-Mediators-Arbitrators Evaluation" via Zoom on May 27th at 4:30pm. The webinar will be an interactive discussion of local Mediators and Arbitrators of which Judges to 170.6 in Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.
