Senior COMPASS is Knitting & Crocheting for MFR Holiday Baskets

We are knitting and crocheting hats and mittens to donate to Manitoulin Family Resources' Holiday Baskets and we need your help!
How you can help:
Knit or crochet on your own time: pick up materials at the library and return it all when you are done. Patterns are avilable too.
Mentor and teach new knitters and crocheters: Our first Youth Meeting is Wednesday October 14th from 3:30 to 5 PM.  Contact Gloria is you are avilable to help teach knitting or crochet.
Come In-Person on Tuesdays from 1 to 3 PM at NEMI Library to knit/crochet, get supplies, support each other, ask questions and get help.

Materials, including yarn, hooks and needles, are available as well as patterns, at NEMI Public Library.

This program is part of the Senior COMPASS program. Contact Gloria at [email protected] for more information about this program or the Senior COMPASS program in general.

Many thanks to the seniors who have already put hours of time into creating hats and mittens for their community!
