I will again be attending this Scientific Conference that brings together leading local & international clinicians, researchers and practitioners from across sports and exercise medicine, sports science and physical activity, spanning community, elite and high-performance sport.
To attend the conference and return refreshed, inspired & ready to implement the new learning, the clinic will be shut from Wednesday 28th October to Tuesday 3rd November inclusive. |

On the 12th September 2026 I participated in in the timed 90km Lorne to Apollo Bay and back Amy's Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo. I was too busy enjoying the ride, stopping to take photos & just soak in the day so was stoked to find out I was the 9th quickest female out of 91 across all ages in my ride length & 44th overall out of 256. Over 4000 riders participated throughout the various ride lengths and we contributed to fund raising over $45,000 for Amy's Foundation. |
