| | Hello and welcome to this week's Wye Organic newsletter.
We hope you have had a great week! Here at the farm, the flower team have been very busy pulling in all of their seasonal workers to help pick and care for our beautiful blooms. The veg team have been busy harvesting salad to fulfill orders as we're now entering the peak season for selling to pubs, shops and restaurants as well as you lovely lot!

| | We welcomed a surprise lamb this week! This little one is not long overdue, her/his mum was just one of the last to be 'served' by one of our rams. We have been getting used to seeing very large lambs about the place, so it has been nice to see a newborn again! |

| | In all of our veg boxes next week, you will find our home grown Swiss chard.
This leafy vegetable is a highly nutritious and is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K. In this recipe, we are gently frying it with chickpeas, to create a flavoursome and light dish. Try it out below! |
