This is the last week of the 1st Half. Already? Wow, time sure does fly by.

| | Pizza Night is scheduled for Jun 30th for I am out of state this Tue. We can change that if there are going to be a lot of golfers out on Jun 30th. If people prefer, we can have it on Jul 7th. Let me know if you would prefer it then. The second pizza night is currently planned for Sep 1st. |

| | The week of July 4th we have a fun night since many golfers are usually out for the holiday week. It will be a limited club tourney of 3-6 clubs of your choosing.
Limited Club (aka 3-Club) Tournament
Individual Competition - You can golf with any league members that you choose. Open to all who have played this season - including subs. $3 entry fee for a minimum of 3 clubs ($1 per club). Your putter is a club. Maximum of 6 clubs. Maximum fee is $6. Declare the number of clubs to your foursome before your start. Entry fee will be paid in the pub after golf. Your individual gross score minus your current handicap will equal your net score for the tournament. We will pay out a % of the total event entry fee for low net scores based on the number of golfers as follows (rounded to the nearest dollar). If there are ties and to facilitate payouts, the League Manager may modify the percentages as appropriate: Hole prizes will be awarded for: Back Nine Hole #12 closest to the pin - 1st shot Hole #14 longest drive in fairway Hole #17 longest putt on green
The League Manager may make changes based on course conditions, etc. All prizes and winnings will be calculated and awarded in the pub after golf. If you would rather just play a practice round with your full set of clubs, and skip the tourney, that’s OK, come on out and enjoy a round.

| | If you are playing your round at a different time, please send your opponent (and me) a picture of your scorecard. Appreciate those that have done so already this season. I would not give it to anyone working in the pub for they have been misplaced in the past. There is a bulletin board as you enter the pub from the pro shop that has our Schedule & Standings sheet. Feel free to slip your scorecard into that holder. There used to be a folder to place cards into, but it seems that was removed after last season. |
