Happy Summer!

Can you believe we are halfway through 2026? I certainly cannot! As many of us are jumping head first into the summer season it's also important to do a pulse check.

Last month was Mental Health Awareness Month, which is a good reminder that it’s impossible to talk about our careers without talking about the intersection of mental health. Many of us spend more of our waking hours at our workplaces than at home or with our community, and depending on what that environment looks like it can have a great impact on your life and mental health. Add to that those that are currently in the job search and experiencing the ups and downs of that process. Recognizing this massive impact on our well-being is exactly why I do what I do.

My personal reasons for starting my own career coaching practice had a lot to do with my own journey with mental health and working. It’s an ongoing battle, but I’m so honored to get to use what I’ve learned in my support of others!

This year I started hosting a monthly coworking/networking event at Meander Coffee & Matcha in Salem, MA! Coworking & Coffee takes place the last Friday of the month and is drop-in from 9am-4pm, with a group session at 10am. I'm so grateful to our host location and for everyone who has come out so far to make it so successful!
