| | Marc Chagall famously said 'great art picks up where nature ends' and while nature flip-flopped a few times over the past month, our students kept their momentum using their skills and imagination to create great art inspired by nature. This past month also brought with it a number of group bookings at the studio, allowing us the opportunity to share our knowledge and spread our love for creative expression by providing private classes for a visiting performing artist and her children, as well as hosting a group of young artists from Autism Ontario! If you wish to join us for a private booking - be it family art day, school field trips, homeschool bookings, or corporate team building - send us an email and we'll be happy to chat about the details.
As we set our eyes on what's to come in the next few months, we hope you can join us as we continue to explore our creativity this spring, summer, and fall For those who still wish to give art classes a try, you can join our Spring Term Art Classes at a pro-rated fee! Call or email for more details. On Sunday, June 21st (2-5pm) we invite you to join us as we host this term's Group Art Show in celebration of our students' spring term accomplishments! Registration into our upcoming Summer Camps & High School Workshop is now open! Offering six weeks of Half-Day & Full-Day workshops and covering a wide range of techniques (from painting, to drawing, sculpting, animation & story illustration) we believe there is something for every artist out there! Art for Adults: Summer Workshops are also available as we continue to offer two separate weeks of painting and drawing for adults of all levels. Offering different projects in July and August, this 4-day workshop is perfect for those wishing to develop their drawing and painting skills, refine composition and explore new artistic styles. Lastly, we encourage you to check our website and social media for more information about what's to come in the fall. New dates and details will be provided soon about the next round of Art History Lectures as well as more information about Early Registration Discounts into the next session of Art Classes.
From our family to yours, we wish you a colourful and happy month of May! The ArtVenture Team |

As students come to class each week ready to learn and grow as artists, we are fortunate to witness their gradual growth with every work of art they accomplish. For those unable to drop by and enjoy watching this magic as it evolves in real time, we are happy to share with you a sample of their work-in-progress! We look forward to showcasing their completed art on June 21st! |
