| | Spring is here and it feels like the perfect moment to share a few highlights from what has already been a busy and exciting start to the year for the Be Me team. Thank you for being part of the journey with us!
We’re so grateful for the opportunities we’ve had to support young people, connect with families, and partner with amazing communities. |
|
We’re delighted that Naomi Bailey is now working more closely with us as our Senior Course Leader and Programme Delivery Lead.
Naomi is supporting our course leaders, helping strengthen how we deliver our programmes and building connections to strengthen our charity.
She will also be partnering with the Youth Catalyst team, supporting Alpha and running our She Is Deeper course for students. We’re so excited to see the impact this will have. |

| | April is our giving month - Would you become a Be Me Champion and donate £5 a month? |
|
Would you take the opportunity this month to become part of 10 new donors who could change the story for 4 young people this year?
Since it costs £140 to support one student through a 7-week course: A small monthly gift can make a life-changing difference. |

So far in 2026 we have:

Our First Online Parents’ Evening |
|
We recently ran our first online parents evening, led by Hannah (our Hub Leader in Cumbria) and Lu (from Surrey) and it was a huge success.
Parents had the chance to see snippets of what their children are learning through Be Me in school.
One parent shared: “The session was informative and interactive, and it helped me understand what my daughter has been learning and how it’s being put into practice. The presenters made it relaxing and easy to participate.”
If you are interested in coming to the next parents' evening, contact us on [email protected] |

An Inspiring Evening in Reigate |
|
We had a meaningful evening with 40 ladies from Reigate Baptist Church, exploring the theme of identity.
Louise, Naomi and Lu shared some of their personal journeys and the hope they’ve found through their faith. The evening finished with everyone creating beautiful craft identity boards. A creative and reflective time together. |
|
It’s been a privilege to also run:
• A Be Me workshop for mums at a school in Walton • A special workshop supporting young carers |
