Order Your T-Shirt by April 4! 👕 |
|
Our new t-shirts are ready to order! Click here to view all available styles and place your order.
Important things to note: You must order your shirt by 11:59 p.m. on Sat. April 4 in order to receive your shirt in time for the Spring Blossom Parade (May 2). Shirts will ship directly to you. We are not offering a pick-up option. There are 4 different designs, and they all have multiple color options for the base shirt. The Fall Logo design is print-on-demand and will ship as soon as it is printed. The other three designs will be batch printed after April 4 to save money, and will be delivered mid-April.
There is a unisex option and women's option for each design. Every shirt has a size guide so you can pick the style and size you prefer. |

Party Updates & Volunteer Opportunities ✋ |
|
Treasurer Update: Thank You, Steve Gore We extend our deep gratitude to Steve Gore for his many years of service as Treasurer. We appreciate everything you've done for the party! We also appreciate Mel Plaisier for stepping into the Treasurer role.
Spring Blossom Parade This year's parade theme is art. With it also being the country's 250th anniversary, we discussed having a historical theme to the float highlighting civil rights champions. Christy Crandall is going to compile audio snippets of powerful civil rights speeches to play from the float. Float setup will be on the evening of Friday, May 1, the night before the parade.
Amy Oliver has arranged for State Rep Carey Hamilton to speak after the parade. We will also be distributing free ice cream after the parade.
Early Voting Workers & Poll Watchers We have a few outstanding early voting slots on the later days of early voting (all after April 25). We also need early voting workers for May 2, the day of the Spring Blossom Parade (early voting runs noon-4pm that day). For Election Day, we need volunteers to serve as poll watchers at each of the 5 vote center locations.
County Fair The Brown County Fair will be June 8-13. We discussed potentially adding a fried potato option alongside our usual fish sandwiches. Planning for the fair will ramp up at our April meeting.
Get Involved! Are you interested in volunteering for the parade float, early voting, election day, the fair, or anything else? Email party chair Lora Lewis Rudd at [email protected]. |
