A big part of the fun with FULL MOOD is the rush, but I don't think it's doing us any favors this time around since a lot has changed in our lives, and the world, since we last hosted an issue. So we're creating some breathing room.
I changed the settings on the form so that you can send in more than one submission in case anyone who rushed would like another shot.
PRO TIPS:
I'm seeing a TON of stars. So many stars. My challenge to you at this point, as someone with an eye on what's already in the inbox, is to capture the feeling of space more figuratively. What else can space be? What else feels like a vast, twinkling void? What other experiences in life feel cosmological and profound?
Also, I am CRAZY picky about short stories. Flash lit fic or prose poems are more my vibe, so I am not likely to connect with something genre specific.
