Comunità Cenacolo is a Catholic community dedicated to helping men and women find freedom from addiction, despair, and the wounds of modern life. Through a simple rhythm of prayer, work, friendship, and authentic community, Cenacolo offers a path of deep human and spiritual renewal.
Founded in 1983 by Mother Elvira Petrozzi, the community welcomes those who are lost, struggling, or searching for meaning, and invites them into a family‑style environment where they rediscover their dignity as beloved children of God.
Life in the community is rooted in:
Daily prayer and the Sacraments, the heart of healing and transformation
Meaningful work, which restores responsibility, confidence, and purpose
Brotherhood and sisterhood, where members support one another with honesty and compassion
Simplicity and discipline, free from the distractions of technology and the pressures of the world
Cenacolo also walks closely with families, offering accompaniment, retreats, and a place to find hope when a loved one is struggling.
Today, the community has more than 70 houses worldwide, each one a living witness that new life is possible.
Comunità Cenacolo: a home of mercy, a school of life, and a beacon of hope for all who seek a new beginning.
