An update from the teams at St Mary's Church,
Ross-on-Wye

| Happy New Year from all at St Mary's. After a hectic but exciting few months, things are a little quieter through the colder winter months. The usual range of imaginative services continue though and we've included a few of the more interesting and seasonal ones here. |
|

| Tuesday 6th January - 7.00pm |
|
A special service on the day of Epiphany. All are welcome and a special welcome is extended to all associated with other churches in the town. |
|
|

|
|
| Come, Sing & Sup Epiphany Carol Service |
|
Sunday 11th January, 4pm rehearsal for 6.00pm service |
|
All are welcome to come and join the choir for this special service, there's a rehearsal at 4.00pm (no charge for that). There's no need to learn the music in advance, but it will all be provided, and is available for download on the website in advance. The service is open to all at 6.00pm, after which there is a supper (£12.50) - please book for that and pay on the night. We are particularly please to welcome Ruth Cartledge who will accompany part of the service on the harp. |

The Anglican Church's (and our choir's) very special and unique Sunday evening offering. The perfect way to bring the weekend to a close. |

| Sunday 1st February, 6.00pm |
|
This is a wonderful service that brings the final curtain down on the Christmas season. We are delighted to be joined by the choir of Holy Trinity Church, Hereford - so two choirs for the price of one. The service contains some very special music and much imagery, it uses light (and candlelight) to create a very special feel. |

Our regular coffee session with excellent homemade cake. As usual there is an opportunity to join Welsh speaking tables for a good old natter. |

| Organ Recital - Suzy St Clair |

Susy is no stranger to the organ in St Mary's and we are delighted to have her back for another recital. A perfect way to brighten up a cold February Saturday afternoon. Her programme will be announced soon. The ticket price (£10) includes interval tea, coffee and home made cake. |
