Those who were there for the joint hunt in McCune got to enjoy great hunting by the mixed pack, a heck of a run, a fantastic breakfast, and camaraderie with friends from several hunts. A huge thank you to Harvard for bringing us all together.
Some folks joined Mission Valley that Wednesday, and a few hardy souls braved the rain to hunt their fixture on Saturday, with FLH providing a hearty breakfast for drenched riders and those who came just for the vittles.
Sunday, two crews cleared the trails near the Hunt Lodge on post, and Monday coops were installed at the Foxhunt Country fixture. Things are starting to look good for our 100th celebration activities! |

| Coming Up:
Wednesday's hound ex at Oak Hill Farm will include a drag line and then schooling over jumps for whoever is interested. Attire is whatever you're comfortable in (plus helmet and boots).
Saturday's hunt at Hensleigh's is a POT LUCK, so please bring a dish to share. Angela Fain is coordinating.

Friday the 6th: Historic Trail Ride from the Hunt Lodge at 9am, Wreath-Laying Ceremony at Buffalo Soldier Memorial Park, and Luncheon
Saturday the 7th: Closing Hunt at Fox Hunt Country at 10am; Centennial Hunt Ball at the Frontier Conference Center at 6pm

| Our Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday, March 22 at 2pm at the Hunt Lodge. Anyone wishing to submit a slate must do so by Friday, March 6. Look for an email from Honorary Secretary Jason Hill for additional details. |

| Receive Recognition for FLH Volunteerism |
|

| As FLH is part of the Fort Leavenworth Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) program, members of the Fort Leavenworth Hunt can record and receive recognition from Fort Leavenworth for volunteer hours spent supporting the hunt. Recording volunteer hours is an individual choice and not a requirement, but is strongly supported by the FLH Masters. Recording hours both allows for individual recognition by Fort Leavenworth FMWR and for Fort Leavenworth leadership to understand the significant time contributed by our members to make FLH successful as an organization. The guide to the right will take you through the process of registering, applying for positions, and recording your hours. Please contact Jessica Kudzia with any questions. |
