Like last year, we will be taking pre-orders for our beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Currently that is the only way to buy those products from us. *If you are looking for specific details on any of our products click on the specific link below. | We are taking beef orders until we are sold out (deposit required). Priority will be given to returning customers. They will be going to the butcher this fall, in September or October. |

| We are planning to raise three batches of pigs this year. The first will be ready in May (only 5 available) and then more in August and October. Order deadline is March 2nd (deposit required). |

| Chickens will be available three different times throughout the summer. June, August and September. Order deadline is March 2nd (deposit required) |

P.S. once the chickens are butchered they go in a freezer. We don't put them back out to pasture, like in this picture 😉 |

| Our hatchery only has limited hatch dates for turkeys this year which means the turkeys will be ready mid September, not fresh for thanksgiving. If storing your Turkey until thanksgiving is a problem let us know. We might be able to store it for you. Order deadline March 2nd (deposit required) |

| And one final note; we do not like pushy marketing and therefore try to not bother our customers too much. At the same time we understand that ordering meat for several months down the road is not always on your mind right now, in the middle of winter. And since some of you have appreciated gentle reminders to complete your orders so you don’t miss out, we would be happy to kick you in the butt, ever so gently.
