As this year wraps up I wanted to take a moment to celebrate my coaching clients, who I am so lucky to have had the chance to work with this year! In a recent survey, several of them graciously shared what they are proud of and celebrating this year:
"After 5 months of hard searching, I found my dream job at my dream company, which just won the 'Best Places to Work' award!"
"I finally got an interview!"
"Took the first steps toward starting my own business!"
"Retired and thriving!"
"With Abbie’s support, I landed a job after a year and a half of being unemployed! I’m learning a ton in my new role and I’m really proud of the impact my work has on the community that my organization serves."
"Securing a new, fully remote role in the legal field. I never thought I'd land a remote role again - I assumed the market for those roles was too competitive. I also worried that I'd have to settle for a generic nonprofit role rather than one in legal services. I'm glad I didn't compromise on these priorities because (although it took 9 months), I was able to get everything I wanted :)"
This year wasn't always easy and the job market isn't very kind, but I am endlessly proud of the hard work, courage, and determination of each and every one of you!
