2025 Annual Report - Financial Reporting Worksheet

Due date: 2 December 2025

To facilitate financial reporting and analysis for the annual report, the Commission is now using a financial reporting worksheet. Information from this worksheet will be used to generate an Altman z-score and the related ratios. The z-score is a more refined measure for financial health than the standard composite score.

This worksheet is an addendum to the 2025 Annual Report, which is due 2 December 2025. The worksheet is completed via Jotform rather than EDvera.

For-profit Institutions access the worksheet via: https://form.jotform.com/252945142273154

Non-profit institutions access the worksheet via:  https://form.jotform.com/252944793464066

Please contact Commission staff at [email protected] if you have questions or encounter issues accessing or using the worksheet.

Self-Study Training Session Successfully Completed

ACAHM's Self-Study Report training, led by Director of Accreditation Services Jason Wright, was successfully held on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The comprehensive three-hour session provided valuable insights and practical guidance for institutions and programs navigating the accreditation process.

The training covered essential topics including organizing the self-study process, assessment and evaluation strategies, documentation best practices, and navigating the Self-Study Report submission in EDvera. Participants also received guidance on avoiding common pitfalls, preparing for site visits, and crafting formal institutional responses to visit reports.

Accessing Recording and Materials

Institutions that were unable to attend the live session or would like to review the content can obtain access to the complete training recording and all related materials for a fee of $200. To request access, please contact [email protected].

The recorded session serves as a valuable resource for institutions and programs at any stage of the accreditation process, providing detailed explanations of requirements and practical strategies for successful completion of the self-study process.

For questions about accreditation requirements or the self-study process, institutions are encouraged to reach out to ACAHM's accreditation team for additional support and guidance.
