| No Class Monday 12/1
Brooke and I are traveling to see a dear friend and thus I will not be in town this week to teach class. Class resumes 12/8. Yoga is Cool again In all seriousness the response I am getting to the practice and teachings lately both in and outside of class has had a heightened and renewed enthusiasm. In recent years I have taken a teaching break this time of year. I think I will be teaching all of this December. Class Info & Updates |

Practice resting in the dark times. Announcing here first that I will be doing 2 Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 group Nidra practices leading up to Winter Solstice. 12/10 & 12/17 At my current place of residence in beautiful Bayside, California. Message me for the address and to reserve a spot. Ill get these sessions on my website and promoted more widely next week.

Since the last Newsletter, months ago, I have published 3 recordings to my Nidra Archive. Two of which uniquely are shorter ~15 minute practices taken from savasana during Monday Night Hatha. The third is a favorite from the Summer Nidra series which can also be found published on youtube |
