StudyAdelaide Global Famil

The Adelaide Education Group (AEG) proudly participated in the Access Adelaide Exhibition, part of the Global Agent Famil October 2025, organised by StudyAdelaide at SkyCity Hotel, Adelaide.

The event brought together 69 education agents from Colombia, Kenya, Cambodia, Brazil, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Australia, highlighting Adelaide’s growing reputation as a world-class study destination. AEG was represented by the Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), the Adelaide Institute of Business & Technology (AIBT), and the Adelaide International School (AIS). The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen global partnerships, showcase AEG’s integrated pathways from school to vocational and higher education, and highlight its growing campus presence in Melbourne. As AEG continues to expand its footprint and connect with partners worldwide, our focus remains on providing quality, accessible, and future-ready education that empowers students to achieve success across borders.

Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) in Canberra

An incredible four days at the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) in Canberra — a truly inspiring and rewarding experience!

Sanari Kumarasiri (Student Recruitment Specialist) and Kamal Subedi (Marketing Specialist) proudly participated on behalf of AEG, representing: AIHE, AIBT, and AIS.

The AIEC provided a valuable platform to engage in meaningful conversations, gain fresh insights, and explore emerging trends shaping the future of international education.

It was also a pleasure reconnecting with our valued partners from across Australia and around the world. These exchanges strengthen collaboration, drive innovation, and help us deliver exceptional outcomes for our students.

We look forward to translating these insights into action as we continue to expand global engagement and deliver world-class educational experiences.

StudyAdelaide Roadshow -
YES Education

The AEG was proud to have its President, Don Chen, represent AIHE, AIBT, and AIS at the StudyAdelaide series of agent engagement events in China. The initiative brought together South Australian providers and local partners to highlight Adelaide as a destination for international students and to strengthen relationships with education agents across the region. The workshops held in Nanjing, Shenzhen, and Wuhan provided valuable opportunities for institutions to connect directly with agents and reinforce South Australia’s commitment to education partnerships in China.

Through AIHE, AIBT, and AIS, AEG continues to expand pathways for students and deepen engagement across Asia.

We acknowledge these agents' exceptional student recruitment achievements and their impact on strengthening our institutions' success in 2024.

This prestigious honour celebrates Ms Reyes-Della Verde’s inspiring leadership, tireless dedication, and meaningful contributions to both education and the Filipino-Australian community. Her vision and commitment continue to uplift others and strengthen connections between cultures, communities, and generations.

Transforming Ambition into Achievement: AIBT to AIHE Journey

At the AEG, we are proud to see how pathways transform lives. Terri, one of our students at AIBT, began her academic journey at our vocational institute, gaining a strong foundation that prepared her for the next step. Through our established pathway, she seamlessly transitioned to AIHE, where she has recently completed her Master of Business Administration. This journey reflects more than just academic progression, it is about resilience, ambition, and the courage to pursue long-term goals. By combining practical skills from AIBT with the academic depth and global perspective at AIHE, our students graduate ready to thrive in a connected world. These success stories remind us why pathways matter: they open doors, create opportunities, and empower students to achieve their dreams.

Superannuation Essentials Event

The AEG hosted Mr Shaun Kris from UniSuper for an engaging Lunch & Learn session on Superannuation Essentials. Shaun shared practical insights on strengthening financial wellbeing, covering the basics of super, investment options, and ways to plan for long-term security.

Staff from the AIHE, AIBT, and AIS joined the session, which was also streamed live via Teams to our Melbourne campus.

Financial literacy is a key part of AEG’s commitment to staff wellbeing and professional growth. Thank you, Shaun, for an insightful session, and to all staff who participated both in person and online.

Pre-Departure Session

Flying to Australia with AIHE? We got our students ready for takeoff!

Our Pre-Departure Session on Wednesday, 29 October 2025, helped them learn what to expect, connect with new friends, and start their Aussie journey with confidence.

End of Study Period 2

Study Period 2 has officially wrapped up! And that only means one thing: an end-of-term celebration to close it out the right way. This time, we brought back one of our students' favourites — a karaoke party — and for the second time, it never failed to deliver.

For months, our students have all been in the grind, balancing classes, work, personal life, and everything in between. We know it’s tough (especially for our new students still adjusting to Aussie life), but here’s the thing: you’re not doing it alone. And hey — if no one’s told you yet, give yourself a pat on the back. It’s always worth celebrating finishing one term.

That’s why our Student Ambassadors love putting together events like this. Since they started hosting these gatherings, their mission has been to bridge the gap between students and staff, bring more life and energy to campus, and make every end-of-term celebration something everyone looks forward to.

AIAT Teach-Out Agreement

The AIHE and the Australian Institute of Advanced Technologies (AIAT) have signed a reciprocal Teach-Out Agreement to ensure continuity of learning, care, and support for students from both institutions. This partnership is a strong example of how providers can work together to uphold regulatory integrity while keeping students at the heart of every decision. It also ensures that, in the highly unlikely event of any disruption to either provider’s operations, students have a clear, compliant, and supported pathway to complete their studies. Such reciprocal arrangements strengthen the higher education sector’s capacity to prioritise student outcomes above competition, demonstrating collective responsibility for quality and student welfare.

The agreement meets national higher education standards under the HESF and the ESOS Act, safeguarding both academic quality and compliance. For AIHE, this collaboration reflects our deep commitment to responsible governance, quality assurance, and student success. At AIHE, compliance and care go hand in hand, because every student deserves the opportunity to finish strong.

Strategic Marketing Management - MBA Students

At the AIHE, we are proud to bring real-world learning into the classroom. Through our partnership with Stukent, our MBA students in Strategic Marketing Management recently engaged with a powerful simulation platform that challenged them to think critically, make strategic decisions, and apply their skills in a business setting.

The results were inspiring, and we could not be more impressed with their performance. Thank you to Dr. Tanvir Ahmed for his expertise and guidance in making this initiative a success. At AIHE, we remain committed to preparing graduates who are ready to lead with confidence and creativity.
