Heinrich Booysen Ministries recently organised an outreach to the Springs branch of Epilepsy South Africa. The outreach aimed to make a difference in people’s lives, and it did.
The morning was spent with a special sermon, in prayer and praising the Lord. The residents of the centre each received a Bible, some food and released red balloons to symbolise their faith in God.
“It’s a great honour for Epilepsy South Africa and for the residents to have hosted the outreach. You could see in their faces how excited they are for this kind of sermon. It’s uplifting to them. We would like to see these sermons more often to help them feel like they’re part of society,” says Sylvia Manganyi, Senior Social Worker at Epilepsy South Africa, Geduld branch in Springs.
“A year ago, I attended a fun day at this centre and God gave me the message to come and pray for these people, show them love and preach the gospel. And also to bless them with Bibles, small gifts and something nice to eat and drink,” says Heinrich Booysen, founder of Heinrich Booysen Ministries.
“I personally saw how the Lord touched these people through the sermon and prayer. I saw how people’s lives are being changed, people forgave other people and how miracles took place.
“This morning meant so much to me and the volunteers at Heinrich Booysen Ministries. We started Heinrich Booysen Ministries to touch people’s lives, to win souls and to extend the Kingdom of God. I vowed to God that I will spend the rest of my life to reach this goal.
“Our mission is to win one million souls to Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit, bold evangelism and unwavering faith in God’s Word.”
