| Created by and named after our rock'n'roll staff member Alisha, the Herington Sour is the perfect blend of tart and fruity, with a lot of class - just like its creator ;) |

• 60ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
• 20ml simple syrup
• 20ml Fresh lemon juice
• a dash of Angostura orange bitters
• 1 egg white |

Shaken until frothy and chilled. Garnish with a maraschino cherry skewered on a sprig of rosemary. |

One of our new additions to the menu and quickly becoming a crowd favourite. The gnocchi - handmade in-house - are soft pillows of potato delight, baked with Portobello mushrooms, a golden crumb, and with chicken as an optional extra. |
|
Passed down the Luccarini family line, the delicate art of making and rolling each individual gnocchi over the fingertip to give that little indentation, was generously bestowed onto Stuart. Now you can experience the joy of these handmade gnocchi yourself. |
