| Dear Friend of Wiltshire Treehouse Welcome to the summer edition of the Wiltshire Treehouse newsletter. We find ourselves busier than ever, with referrals up 24% from this time last year. In what is currently a difficult funding climate, we continue to use our resources as efficiently as possible in order to keep supporting those who need us, however, we are always looking for help with fundraising and promotion. If you think you could help, we would love to hear from you: https://www.wiltshiretreehouse.org.uk/fundraising/how-you-can-help |

New Bereavement Information Pack & Pre-Bereavement Information Pack |
|
We have now updated our Parent & Professional Information Packs, merging into one document for use by any adult supporting bereaved children and young people. The pack contains helpful advice and information, including how to tell them about a death, age-appropriate help, terms to use and activities to help process their grief. We also have a pre-bereavement information pack, ‘Supporting a child when someone is not expected to live’. We hope that these packs will help families and professionals to feel more confident talking about death and dying. Both packs are available free of charge by emailing [email protected]. |

A huge thank you to everyone who came to our Easter Trails. We hope you all had a wonderful time, and it’s always lovely to see lots of excited faces claiming their prizes. This was the first year that we held a Wiltshire-based trail at Trowbridge Town Park, where we received a fantastic welcome from families (and many dogs)! Thank you also to everyone who donated chocolate eggs, including C.S. Bowyer Funeral Directors, Slimming World and The Graphic Mill Ltd. Together we managed to raise an incredible £1531!
