| This week we have another superb set of parallel GFN25 workshops for you to choose from! Read on to find out about two very exciting additions to this year’s programme and start your decision-making process… |

Gathering consensus in the debate around tobacco harm reduction is rarely an easy feat, so we’re thrilled to announce the GFN25 workshop “Can we stop discussing and focus on action?” which will tackle this topic in detail. Using the ‘Delphi Approach’ , this workshop will explore how we can effectively build consensus in academic discussions around safer nicotine products, and correct misconceptions about tobacco harm reduction. |

Following short keynotes from Arielle Selya and Pasquale Caponnetto, participants will be encouraged to engage in group discussion to move forward the techniques and concepts discussed in the workshop, finishing with a Q&A and a look towards future applications of the Delphi Approach. |

| Our next workshop “Effectively Communicating Your Message as a Consumer (LMIC Focus)” will look at the external communication challenges consumers are inevitably going to encounter in their advocacy work. |
|
Focusing on amplifying consumer experience, this workshop will share tried and tested tactics for engaging with, and responding to, external discussions about safer nicotine products. Workshop coordinators Nancy Loucas and Heneage Mitchell will help equip advocates with the skills to target their messaging to a broad range of stakeholders, including public health professionals, regulators and the general public. |

Both of these fabulous sessions will take place on Thursday 19 June at 11:30am. We know it’s going to be hard to pick which session to attend, but our next announcement below might ease the pain of such a difficult decision! |

Get ready for the #GFN25 conference party |

One of the *most important* agenda points of GFN25 is of course the conference party! A staple of every Global Forum on Nicotine, the official GFN party is a prime place to unwind in excellent company after the first full day of the event. Taking place from 19:30 on Thursday 19 June, you’re invited to join us in the convivial atmosphere of the Sphinx restaurant just a few minutes walk from the conference venue. Come and meet up with old friends and make some new ones! |
