          14 September 2025 - This doctoral Symposium in Engineering Education Research (EER) offers PhD candidates the chance to explore and develop their research interests in an interdisciplinary workshop, guided by senior scholars in the field. Participants will share their dissertation work and exchange feedback. The event is a pre-conference activity for the SEFI 2025 Annual Conference at Tampere University, Finland.

SEFI co-organised two events around engineering education bringing international perspectives and the latest trends in engineering education to: 9th EDUAL Conference at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and UNESCO World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development at the AGH University in Krakow.

            The SEFI Fellowship Award recognises meritorious service to engineering education in Europe. Award recipients may use the expression “Fellow of SEFI” (F.SEFI) as a postscript to their name. Individual members of SEFI working in the field of engineering education for at least five years can be nominated.
