Ontario-based artist Kentucky has released his newest single, “The First Day of the Rest of Your Life”. This track, brimming with energy and optimism, marks a new chapter in Kentucky’s musical journey, offering a vibrant, rock-leaning sound that balances electric and acoustic guitars. The song’s upbeat tempo and playful vibe serve as a reflection of Kentucky’s growth and the renewed sense of hope he’s found in his personal life.



“The First Day of the Rest of Your Life” is the third single from Kentucky’s highly anticipated debut album, SECOND CHANCE MUSIC, which will be released on May 25, 2025. The song captures a moment of personal revelation, inspired by Kentucky’s relationship with a woman who helped him discover new perspectives on his own life. With a jubilant chorus and a sound that leans into rock, the track expresses the exhilarating feeling of breaking free from the past and stepping into a future full of possibilities.



In support of the upcoming album, Kentucky will embark on a tour across Ontario. Fans will have the chance to experience his electrifying live performances ahead of the album release. Kentucky, the musical project of Canadian artist Jordan Holman, is emerging like a quiet signal cutting through late-night static.
