| I have just returned to Arcata from visiting family and traveling in Florida. I enjoyed visiting the Gulf and the Atlantic, had several memorable kayaking adventures, and caught some bass with my Dad. For me 2025 is looking up. I have some upcoming shifts in my personal life and some things in the works that should facilitate expanded yoga offerings this year. |

My Sonic Dream Yoga Nidra + Soundbath collaboration with legendary North Coast Sound Alchemist Shemaia Skywater continues to deepen and develop. We have made some commitments and arraignments to have considerably more access to each other very soon. We have no dates currently set but I expect at least one session in late March. |

Moving forward this year I hope to soon be announcing group Yoga Nidra sessions and workshops both in Bayside and at Synapsis in south Eureka. I also hope to have some new recordings published in the coming months.
