As we approach the close of 2024, Adelaide Education Group extends our warmest holiday greetings to each of you. This season invites us to reflect on the incredible achievements we've shared and the milestones we've celebrated together in what has been a challenging year for all of us.

We are proud to share several highlights from the past year:

Adelaide Institute of Higher Education: A momentous occasion this year was the 2024 graduation ceremony, where we celebrated the achievements of our graduates from both the Adelaide and Melbourne campuses. It was a proud moment for the entire AIHE community as we honored their hard work and dedication to their studies.
Adelaide Institute of Business & Technology: This year, AIBT saw a surge in applications for Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs, particularly among school students. To meet this growing demand, we are offering a two-term summer school from January 13-24, 2024, for VET courses. Applications for these programs are still open, and we encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity.
Adelaide International School: We are thrilled to announce that our Year 12 students achieved exceptional results in the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). Among them, Mohammadparsa Salari earned an impressive 96.65% ATAR, with 40% of our students surpassing an 80% ATAR. These results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and educators alike.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our valued agent partners. Your continued support, dedication, and belief in our institutions have been instrumental in our success. Together, we have helped students from around the world pursue their educational dreams, and we deeply appreciate the trust and hard work you contribute to our shared goals.

As we head into the festive season, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your ongoing partnership. You have been integral to our shared achievements, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration in 2025.

Holiday Notice: Please note that AIS Adelaide Campus, AIBT, and AIHE campuses in both Adelaide and Melbourne will be closed from December 20, 2024, to January 5, 2025. However, our admission and recruitment teams will remain operational during this period. We will return in the new year with renewed energy and commitment to supporting your educational journey.

We wish you a joyful holiday season, filled with peace, relaxation, and quality time with loved ones. May this festive break provide you with the rest and renewal needed for a prosperous year ahead.

AIHE kicked off Study Period 3 with an engaging Academic Integrity Workshop focused on enhancing paraphrasing and referencing skills. Students learned a systematic approach to paraphrasing, practiced in-text citations, and received valuable feedback to sharpen their academic writing. The workshop featured interactive sessions, including sample analysis and hands-on activities, ensuring an enriching experience for all participants.

Congratulations Year 12 Students

Adelaide International School celebrates 2024 SACE student achievements. This year’s students gained wonderful results. A top ATAR of 96.65 was achieved by Mohammadparsa SALARI, a record for AIS. 40% of students achieved an ATAR greater than 80.

AIS congratulates Year 12 students of 2024 for excellent results. Our school cohort is 100% international and this year, students from Indonesia, Iran, China, and Vietnam completed an extraordinary journey in the SACE with English as their second language. Our students qualify for university and other studies in Australia and overseas.

Our Cambridge International students eagerly wait for January when their IGCSE results are reported. This second set of IGCSE results helps progress students in SACE and Cambridge pathways.

AIS is the first school to deliver Cambridge A-level courses face to face in South Australia. Beginning in July 2025, Cambridge courses are offered with A1 examinations occurring in mid 2026.

Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School Campus Launch

Congratulations to everyone at the Adelaide International School for establishing a remarkable partnership with Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School from Suzhou in China. A ceremony was held in Adelaide featuring international leaders from both Adelaide and Suzhou and involved the signing of a plaque and the Honourable Member John Gardner, Deputy leader of the Opposition and Shadow Minister for Education, Training, and Skills, congratulating the Adelaide Education Group and Zhangjiagang’s alliance. AIS, as the Zhangjiagang overseas campus, marks an exciting new chapter in collaboration, bringing together students from diverse backgrounds and fostering enriching intercultural experiences.

The opportunity to host Chinese students in Adelaide will enhance language learning and deepen mutual understanding, building bridges between cultures. Together, both schools will play a vital role in shaping global citizens who are open-minded, empathetic, and equipped for an interconnected world.
