Seasons Greetings

As Winter Solstice approaches we are in the dark times here on the North Coast. The sun sets at 5pm and I wake up in the dark each morning to practice. We have made it through the first weeks of rain in the season and I can be seen pictured above absorbing the Thanksgiving sunshine.

Monday Night Hatha

Class continues 12/9 & 12/16. I will take my yearly solstice break with no class 12/23 & 12/30.



Students are very much enjoying the 2024 addition of singing bowl soundscapes during savasana.



I will be teaching all 4 Mondays in January and will start 2025 with a 4 class series! Preregister for all 4 for $40.

Sonic Dream

My Sonic Dream Yoga Nidra + Soundbath collaboration with legendary North Coast Sound Alchemist Shemaia Skywater continues to deepen and develop.



We have 2 dates this December. Sunday the 15th at Om Shala and Friday the 27th at Shemaia's house in Bayside. Both start at 6pm
